Rain of Thieves

Magic existed from the end of A.D., and those who didn't have it were deemed lower-class. However, magic also controlled the various governments formed throughout Europe, Africa, and Asia. The first hybrid, Jangar Ahmadi, was born to immortal and mortal parents from the Roman Empire. Jangar was viewed as a bastard son when Irene Ahmadi (Jangar's mother) was revealed to be cheating on her husband. In return, Jangar was cursed with a pair of wings resembling a raven's. Jangar became well-known amongst hybrids, being viewed as a deity after he became a General and led his army into war.(Beasts & Creatures and characters are the only ones with a working link.
